She naturally replenishes her inherent gene node material in surplus regularly. Her cybernetic enhancements allow her to impersonate (echo) the voice of anyone or thing she has records of. She operates a large control center of considerable size constructed of, and containing a reservoir of, her inherent material and manufactured nanite material. She can also command and meld with her surplus materials to create objects of larger mass, or multiple smaller objects.

Mating and reproduction among Mira’s species, is quite different. Mating occurs in their natural fluid state. Mira’s biological anatomy contains complex gene nodes in three patterns: one primary node (the control center about the size of a fingernail), secondary nodes (capable of producing more secondary nodes and standard nodes), and microscopic standard nodes. Foxtrot Charlie One (FC1) became the planet the Mercurians chose to banish Dr. Nayfel on.

The Mercurians dispatched a Corsair to the surface of FC1 for an annual well-being survey of Dr. Nayfel. Mira Echo, in liquid form, infiltrated the command deck, after killing a six-man squad and two of the command crew, leaving only the Corsair commander alive. Mira had accumulated a lot of her inherent genetic material on FC1, and she transferred as much of it as she could into the Corsair. Mira and Dr. Nayfel managed to infiltrate the Corvette transport ship using the Corsair. Mira proceeded to kill everyone her matter matrix met until her and Dr. Nayfel controlled the Corvette.

Two of the Corvette’s Night Ravens (citigrade one-man fighters) were flying a patrol, and they knew when they lost contact with the Corvette that something was wrong. Mira Echo utilized four of the Night Ravens still on board by dispersing her matter matrix into them, and she eventually destroyed the two patrol craft. The fighter pilots were better than Mira, and she sacrificed three of her craft just to take one of them out. The last Raven Mira controlled contained her primary node, and as she collided with the last patrol fighter, he engaged his neutrino beam, and it was nearly fatal to Mira’s primary node.

Doctor Nayfel was able to recover Mira’s primary node and stabilize her utilizing microscopic surgery and two of her secondary nodes. He used the facilities on the Corvette to construct, harden encase, and cybernetically amalgamate Mira’s primary node, with components from the white dwarf star elements in the wormhole generator. Dr. Nayfel saved Mira, and they now possessed a ship capable of folding space.
